Stand Up Paddleboard Pilates! SUP is not only a great cross training tool for athletes, it is a fun form of exercise that works the whole body. Lakeshore Pilates is pleased to offer private sessions on the paddleboard. During these private sessions, we will instruct you on proper safety, as well as proper technique. Once you are comfortable being on the board, we will layer on Pilates mat exercises for a workout that combines the beauty of West Michigan’s many inland lakes with the benefits of Pilates. Don’t have a Stand Up Paddleboard? No, problem. We are pleased to provide a board for you during your private session, as well as come on-site to your location if you live on or near a lake.
